Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days.

We ship domestic orders via USPS Ground Advantage, which typically has an estimated transit time of 2–5 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Please keep in mind that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates or issue refunds based on carrier delays or transit times outside of our control.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please reach out to us at hello@metalspeakshoppe.com and we'll do our best to help investigate and resolve the situation with the carrier on your behalf.
