At The Metalspeak Shoppe, every piece is crafted with care and we take great pride in the quality of our products. Because many of our items are personalized and made to order, we are generally unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

When We Can Help

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund in the following situations:

• The item arrives damaged
• We made an error with your order (wrong item, wrong personalization, etc.)

To be eligible, you must contact us at hello@metalspeakshoppe.com within 14 days of purchase with a description of the issue and photos if applicable. We will review your claim and make it right as quickly as possible.

Our Promise to You

We know that policies don't always capture every situation, and your happiness means everything to us. If something isn't right with your order — even if it falls outside the situations above — please don't hesitate to reach out. We'll look at each situation individually and do our best to find a solution that works for you.
